1- User Privacy:

Joy Tea Cake respects the privacy of its customers, business partners, employees and job applicants and other visitors to its websites who may choose to provide personal information. It recognizes the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to it. This Privacy Statement will assist you in understanding what types of information Joy Tea Cake may collect, how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.

2- Order Placement:

Whenever you are making a customer order, you will have to make full payment of your order. The payment can be made through phone or in person at the bakery or even on our-website.

3- Returns:

Joy Tea Cake takes pride in its bakery items and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify Joy Tea Cake (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to it. Joy Tea Cake will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or an in-store credit. This in-store credit may take up to five business days in processing. While returning your merchandise, please must bring receipt of purchase with you.

4- Decorations and Coloring:

Joy Tea Cake has employed highly skilled decorators who do their best to match any requested color or design. However, their ability to meet your requirements is constrained as they are dealing with icing that can fade do to light and temperature so Joy Tea Cake do not guarantee an exact match. Moreover, due to the nature of drawings, Cake Talk will make its best representation of what is requested but is again limited by the nature of the product. Minor cropping may occur in order to fit image to cake/space available. Moreover, copyright images or pornographic images will not be printed. Cake Talk will print images as provided by the client.

5- Deals and Reduce Pricing:

All reduced prices and deals will be offered on first come and first served basis.

6- Shipping:

Under no circumstances, Joy Tea cake will take any responsibility of problems that may occur during the shipping process. Joy Tea Cake request customer to keep all delivered products in refrigerator. Joy Tea Cake would not take any responsibility of mishandling or any other problem that may take after delivered the product or product which already handover to customer.

In case of any product returns, customer is responsible to make necessary arrangements for shipping and may also make any incidental charges that are to be incurred in this regard.

7- Out of Stock Policy:

In order to ensure that customers receive best quality items, Joy Tea Cake prepares fresh cake items. This leads to stock fluctuation through out the day. If an item is out of stock for sometime, Joy Tea Cake will try to prepare it at its earliest. Just in case, if it is not possible for Joy Tea Cake then it reserves the right to decline any order.

8- Information Sharing:

In connection with customers’ orders, Joy Tea Cake collects, uses and processes personal information of the client. The information received from the client is used only for the purpose of business. This information is used by staff members, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies and other parties as and when required for processing your business orders.

– United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
– We accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products
– We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
– Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use       the website
– Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
– User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
